bod99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bod99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all activities conducted on the bod99 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus claims, and any other interaction with our services. Please read these Terms carefully and in their entirety before using the platform.

bod99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform. Your continued use of bod99 following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1. Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bod99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time during the verification process.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bod99 or any affiliated company.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the platform. Previously closed accounts may not be re-registered without express written permission from bod99.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bod99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other supported method) that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.
• bod99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. bod99 accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment services.

• Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bod99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification before processing. bod99 may request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. bod99 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly following successful verification.
• bod99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games offered on the bod99 platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, physical dealing equipment operated by professional live dealers. The following conditions govern gameplay.

• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed. bod99 does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection where technically possible. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• Players may not use any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Suspected use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Placing bets outside these limits, where technically possible due to an error, does not create a valid wagering obligation and such bets may be voided.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bod99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account action.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, account conduct rules, and prohibited conduct provisions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or abuse of the bonus system, even where such suspicion has not yet been conclusively established.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bod99 or provision of documentation that is found to be forged, altered, or otherwise invalid.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account. Where a player submits a self-exclusion request, the account will be closed and access will be prevented for the duration specified. Requests to reopen self-excluded accounts will not be actioned until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bod99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of bod99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from bod99.

The bod99 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of bod99. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of bod99. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on this platform are the property of their respective owners.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bod99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on bod99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. bod99 employs SSL encryption and appropriate technical security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through the bod99 support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bod99 operates on the basis of fair play principles and aims to resolve all player disputes through direct support communication in the first instance.
